The apartments are available with a fully catered option*.  All meals are prepared by a chef.  Cooked breakfast is available on 6 mornings.  Wednesday is the staff day off and so a cold buffet, including cheese and cold meats, will be laid out for you.  Breakfast typically consists of porridge and a choice of cereals, freshly baked bread, toast, pain au chocolat and croissants, jams and preserves, eggs, sausages bacon and tomatoes, fruit, yoghurts and a selection of teas, freshly filtered coffee and a choice of fruit juice. 

Afternoon tea is provided daily with a selection of home made cakes and pastries served with a selection of teas, freshly filtered coffee and hot chocolate.

A five course dinner will be served on 6 evenings and will be served with a complimentary range of local wines.  All the meals are hearty and use only the best local ingredients.  The food is a fusion of traditional Savoyarde with a modern European twist.  Guests are invited to eat out at a local restaurant, on Wednesday evening. 

Children are served their own 2 course supper at 6.30pm.  All childrens meals are prepared using fresh ingredients and we would liaise with parents as to menu selection.  Typically we would prepare such meals as shepherds pie followed by chocolate brownies and ice cream.

Vegetarian options are always available with main course options such as tagliatelle puttanesca, butternut squash stew and vegetarian thai curry.  Any dietary requirements can be catered for be it vegan, celiac, nut, wheat or dairy allergies.
